Upon Receiving your request, Jacob will be in-touch by email to set up a consultation with you at your property.

Time Frame: Consultations typically take place 1 week from first inquiry.

Expectations: Our meeting will be to walk through your project and depending on the scope of your project we will either require a Design Consultation or we will take down the details needed to provide you with an estimate(7-14 Day Turnaround)

Once you have received our project estimate following a consultation and agreed to work with us, We will draft a service contract and a deposit invoice. Once signed and a deposit is received, we establish the project start date.

On the first day of your project, we will do a site walk-through with the customer, project manager, and each team member to address any special requests, key elements, and scheduling goals.

Expectations: Introduction to our team. Highlight timeline expectations. Establish job-safety procedures.

On completion, with each customer, we walk through your whole project. Answering questions, explaining operations, and deminstrate maintenance. Go through the warranty details.

A final invoice is provided.
