At Port Construction Inc, we offer a warranty on our landscape construction services, covering you for any defects in workmanship. We believe in our teams' abilities to deliver quality work, but if anything should go wrong, we are here to make it right. Our mission is to provide exceptional service, quality workmanship, and a stress-free experience for our customers.

Plant Coverage
A one-year (1) one-time replacement warranty exists for all plant material supplied and installed by Port Construction Inc. It is the Client's sole responsibility to ensure adequate watering and maintenance of all plant material after installation, and during the warranty period. While every effort is made to locate suppliers for the plants initially installed, it should be noted that specific plant selections, numbers, and sizes mentioned above are subject to substitution without notice should stock become unavailable, in which case the most suitable substitution will be made by a Port Construction. Some trees can take time to establish and Port Construction reserves the right to postpone replacement until it is certain the tree will not survive

Workmanship
A two (2) year warranty exists on all workmanship performed by Port Construction Inc provided that proper maintenance procedures are practiced. Exempt from warranty: Fading or discolouration of materials or product used. Efflorescence in concrete materials. Damage to landscape due to improper use, neglect, vandalism, animal damage and Acts of God. Staining of any nature, improper care, or cleaning.
