We needed new steps built into one retaining wall and a second (leaning) retaining wall completely taken apart, new drainage tile & stone added and the wall rebuilt with the existing material. I sent out 3 requests for quotes. Jacob responded in a timely manner and set up an appointment. He was on time (much appreciated), listened to us, gave options, said he would have a quote to us within a couple days and did exactly that.
Jacob and his crew, Luke and Adam, were on time or early each day. They were friendly, courteous, professional, hard working and focused. They made a point of minimizing any potential disturbance to our existing landscaping. Each day they left our yard as neat & tidy as can be expected during an ongoing job.
